Citrulline is converted into L-arginine, raising plasma arginine more effectively, gram for gram, than arginine taken directly.

Arginine is the substrate for nitric oxide
Arginine is what the body builds nitric oxide from — its own signalling molecule for relaxing the smooth muscle in blood-vessel walls. Substrate is not the same as output, and we don't claim it is.

What we will claim is purity. This is pure L-citrulline, not citrulline malate — there is no ratio to hide behind. Published NMR analysis of five UK “2:1” citrulline malates found four were nowhere near 2:1, and one delivered just over half the citrulline stated on the label.
Why the label is the marketing
No proprietary blend. No complex. No rounding up.
- Every milligram of every active is on the front of the pack, because the only reason to hide a number is that it is too small.
- Judge shilajit on standardisation, not milligrams. Anyone can print 14,000 mg. Ours is 500 mg standardised to a minimum 50% fulvic acid — and a higher percentage on a label usually means a cheaper assay, not a better material.
- We test for lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium — and thallium, which almost nobody in this category looks for.
- The batch certificate names the laboratory, the method, the result and the limit of quantification. “Not detected” is meaningless unless you know what the instrument could have detected.
- We don't print a harvest altitude, because nobody can verify one.
