Accessibility statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is a standard rather than a badge, and this statement says where we are against it.

What we have done

• Every page works with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring.
• Text contrast is checked against AA. Gold is used decoratively on light backgrounds precisely because it does not pass for body text.
• Motion is progressive enhancement only, and is switched off entirely if your system asks for reduced motion.
• The site works without JavaScript, including all content sections.
• Images carry alternative text and form fields carry real labels.

Known gaps

The pelvic floor timer relies on a visual countdown with optional audio and haptic cues. It is usable with a screen reader, but the per-second countdown is not announced, to avoid interrupting the exercise. If that makes it unusable for you, tell us — we would like to fix it properly.
