What the parcel actually says
Every brand in this category promises discreet delivery. Very few say what that means in practice, so here are the exact details rather than the adjective.
On the outside of the parcel
Plain outer packaging. No brand name, no logo, no product name, and nothing describing the contents. A small return address on the label, as the carrier requires.
The sender name
Parcels are sent as “SRQ FULFILMENT”. Consistent box format every time, so the shape of the parcel doesn’t become the giveaway either.
On your bank statement
Your statement reads “SIRQULATE” and nothing more. No product name, no category, no description.
What we send you
Order and delivery emails only, with a neutral subject line. No marketing post, no catalogue, and nothing posted to your address that you did not order.
If a parcel ever arrives that does not match this, tell us and we will treat it as a fault rather than a preference. You can also add delivery instructions at checkout — a safe place, a neighbour, or a collection point — if the address is one other people see.
