These terms govern your purchase from Sirqulate Ltd, 41A Mill Lane, London NW6 1NB. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication — particularly for blood pressure, or any nitrate — or under medical supervision. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the sight and reach of young children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

This product is sold to adults aged 18 or over.

Your order is an offer, accepted when we email you a dispatch confirmation. Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and are shown in pounds sterling. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before charging you rather than after.

Subscribe & Save renews every 30 days at the stated subscription price. There is no minimum term and no joining fee, and the price does not increase after any number of orders.

We email you three days before each renewal with a one-click skip. You can pause, skip, change or cancel from your account at any time, without contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and have a further 14 days to return it. Unopened goods are refunded in full, including standard delivery.

Separately, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee, refunded in cash to your original payment method rather than as store credit. You do not need to return an unfinished bottle.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
